How to join

Click on the [Sign up] link. By completing the membership subscription forms and agreeing to the privacy policy, the customer can immediately benefit from according services offered to members.
Members will not be required to re-enter their shipping or billing addresses every time they place an order and be eligible to participate in various events and discount promotions.

How to order

Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.

Payment

Personal Customer
We accept PayPal as a payment. PayPal is the safest, easiest, and fastest payment method for both buyers and sellers.
PayPal Smart Connect or account balances, without sharing financial information

Distributor
We accept T/T[telegraphic transfer] or L/C[Letter of Credit] as a payment.

  • Shipping Rate : Conditional Free : $ 20 will be charged for shipping, if your order amount is less than $ 200.

    (Shipment cost) is (only $20) to all over the world for Arden's products, when you purchase under $200 and customers who buy over the $200, can get Arden's items at (no shipment cost).

Returns / Exchanges

- All return and exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days after you receive the item.(Shipping period is excluded)
We will double-check your ordered items prior to shipping to make sure that items have no defects.
If somehow, there is a defect with the item, you can return the item to us and get a refund or an exchange to other item.
We will also refund the previous shipping cost and the return-shipping cost by PayPal.
Please contact/consult us first before sending the defect item to us.
- Any return/exchange without a defect, the buyer is responsible for the previous shipping cost and the return-shipping cost. This includes a ‘change of mind’ by the buyer and his/her size exchange request

Refunds

Requests for exchange/refund are accepted only if the requests are made within 3 days of the date of receipt via our "exchange/refund board". The shipping costs occurring from refund process due to misdelivery or product defect are the responsibility of our shopping mall and we will make our best effort to process your request as soon as possible.

Other

1. Period of pending credits
The credits issued from an order will be added to your account for use 20 days after the status of the delivery is changed to ‘delivered.’ For 20 days, you may see the pending credits, which means it may not be transferred to your account for use if you cancel or return the order. The credits(Total credits – used credits – pending credits)  in your account may be used for any order.

Conditions
You shall use the minimum credits of (The minimum amount of credits required for a purchase is) $ 0. You shall use the maximum credits of (The maximum amount of credits allowed for one order is) 'No limit'.

Terms of ineffective credits
Pending credits issued from a purchase will be automatically cancelled on cancelling or returning the order.
You cannot claim your credits once your membership has been withdrawn.
The remaining credits shall be expired if the accumulation of credits ceases for a period of 3 years after the prior process.

2. Customs and Duties

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient. Import taxes, duties and customs fees are collected by your government and they have nothing to do with this site. In case that the customer refuses to receive the parcel, the products are to be returned to Korea and will not be shipped again. Relevant costs (round shipping, customs and etc) are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund.
